Sketchbook Project #2

Dibujo#2: "... podrías conocer mi ciudad natal, Cuenca: uno de los lugares más bonitos del mundo" --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is the following drawing for the "Sketchbook Project": a view of the wellknown "Hanged Houses" in my hometown, Cuenca (Spain). I must say this is the first time I do a front view drawing of this place...There is a saying in my country that says: "In blacksmith's home there is wooden spoon" (guess it has in English the same meaning as in Spanish.....) :)) Project theme: "If you lived here..." Drawing #2: "...you could know my hometown, CUENCA: one of the most beautiful places in the world"

ALEX it's like that: an absolutely contrast between rocks, buildings and beauty, as you can see in lot of views of CUENCA :)

What a wonderful sketch. I love it all - the lines, the shapes and the colours!
Here in the UK we too have a similar saying - 'The cobbler goes worst shod'.
